1. Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Options and Fees
We offer the following shipping options:
Free Standard Shipping: Available for all products except the SKORVA Center Support Beam.
Flat Rate Shipping: A $20 shipping fee applies only to the following product:

Shipping method will be automatically calculated at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
5. Carriers Used
We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
Orders flagged as suspicious may require verification before shipment.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@skorva.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to support@skorva.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging and the damaged/missing item
A description of the issue
We’ll promptly resolve the issue or send a replacement if needed.
